Have you heard the buzz about Junior Bible Quiz? Kids everywhere are joining the fun and excitement of JBQ. They form teams in their churches and learn questions and answers about the Bible. JBQ teams work together by participating in fun quizzing matches and competitions with other JBQ
teams. It’s all very cool, fast, and exciting!
What does JBQ do?
Junior Bible Quiz (JBQ) is a ministry for children in 1st – 6th grade that encourages and enables them and their parents to get into God’s Word and to get God’s Word into their hearts in a fun and practical way. Quizzers not only learn more of and about His Word, they develop good study habits, teamwork and sportsmanship.
How does JBQ work?
The program uses a total of 576 questions (the Fact Pak) in three levels of difficulty, and includes memorization as well as basic Bible content and theology. Countless resources are available to help get a team started. Just Google JBQ.
Monthly events (beginning each September) provide opportunity for churches to interact and compete with other teams within our Network. Newer and less experienced teams compete in “B” or “C” League, and “A” League is reserved for our “veterans.” Network Finals in March determine our top teams in all three Leagues. (“A” League Regional and National level competition follow, and detailed information is available as needed.)
