Fine Arts is a discipleship tool of the Assemblies of God Youth Ministries designed to help students discover, develop, and deploy their ministry gifts. In a competitive venue, students throughout Southern New England are given the opportunity to have their skills evaluated by qualified ministers, industry professionals and educators who encourage excellence, offer ideas for improvement, and inspire students to use their gifts in the local church, community and around the world. By involving your students in Fine Arts, they will gain experience and develop skills that will last a lifetime.

INFORMATION
FESTIVAL DATE & VENUE
- Friday, Feb 7, 2025.
- Connecticut Convention Center | 100 Columbus Blvd. | Hartford, CT
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
- All Fine Arts Participant Online Registration Forms and fees must be submitted by January 10, 2025.
- General Attendees must register online by clicking here.
- Online Registration will be open before and during the event.
- All General Attendees must check-in to receive an event pass.
REGISTRATION FEES
- $55/participant – includes one category
- $15/each additional category. There is a limit of 7 categories per participant.
- All registration fees are non-refundable.
- All fees are to be paid online. After each parent completes the Fine Arts Participant Online Participant Registration Form, an email will be sent to the Youth Leader for final signature and final approval. Please make sure payment amounts are accurate and participant/group information is accurate before final submission.
- This registration does not include meals and lodging. Groups and individuals are responsible to secure their own accommodations if they require them.
- There is no fee for General Attendees, however they are required to register online.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Each parent should complete the registration for their participating child:
- All forms must be submitted by January 10, 2025.
- A confirmation letter will be sent to the Youth/FA Leader to confirm the participant registration is received.
- Writing entries must be submitted as one .doc or .pdf during the online registration process by January 10, 2025.
- Short Film & Promo Video entries must be submitted as a listed or unlisted YouTube URL by email during the online registration process by January 10, 2025.
ON-SITE CHECK-IN INFORMATION
- Fine Arts Festival On-Site Check-In will be from 8:00 am – 9:00 am.
- All participant and General attendees are required to check-in.
- Mandatory Participant Orientation begins at 9:15 am. The first presentation begins at approximately 10:00 am.
- All Art Category entries must be hand-delivered to the Art Gallery between 8:00 am – 9:00 am upon completing On-Site Check-In on February 7th, 2025.

- All participants MUST complete and sign the SNEMN Fine Arts Festival Medical and Model Release Form available Here: Medical and Model Release . The release form must be printed, signed and mailed up to 7 days after online registration submission.
