Molly Hurtado serves as Director of Communications and Events for the Southern New England Ministry Network. An ordained minister and Certified Christian Leadership Coach, Molly is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening ministry families, and equipping the local church for effective Kingdom impact.

Before joining the Network team, Molly served in pastoral ministry and nonprofit leadership, including more than a decade as a Youth Pastor and several years as Executive Director of a Pregnancy Resource Center. Her ministry experience spans leadership development, event strategy, communications, discipleship, coaching, and organizational leadership.

Molly is especially passionate about investing in emerging leaders and encouraging women to confidently embrace God’s calling on their lives. She and her husband Chris have served together in ministry for more than twenty years and are raising their two children, Kevin and Hazel, in Connecticut.
